For every suit there is a judgement. Some judge had to rule in favor of ACORN. The lawsuit sought to end the practice of redlining, which was a discriminatory practice and I totally agree. But how is giving more people money that could not pay it back a good thing??????????

By the way the parties settled the case on May 12, 1998.
