Then their next bogeyman will be overpopulation because of all the babies that will result from all the bed-time!

when others respond with dates/temps the global warming followers always respond with its over a cycle, longer than that, thats just a snap shot etc.... yet they respond with an 11 month snap shot? World has been around for 4 plus billion years and you use 11 months?

I like the decade comparison from the 30s myself, to now.

P.S its been a very cool summer in Wisconsin. I dont think we hit 100 all year.

No Bill, you have mentioned several times in the past that 2 slow years of hurricanes was an indication GW is false. I just wanted to point out to you what's out there right now. You can form the conclusion.

The average temperature across the contiguous U.S. during the climatological winter (December 2007–February 2008) was the COOLEST since 2001.

LMAO!!!! The Farmer's Almanac. Yet you criticize scientists. Farmer's Almanac official weather predictor is Caleb Weatherbee, how tacky. If this thread is still around in the future, are you going to spew your garbage based on what Punxsutawney Phil says?

Jeremy,

Maybe you're not familiar with the Farmer's Almanac but it has proven over many decades to quite adept at long term forecasting of the weather with accuracy equal to or better than most meteorologist or scientist.

It may be off a few numbers here and there but it's trends are pretty dead on.
