if a new install and positive about adjustment you will need to pull pan and check rooster comb and valve.if you find metal in pan you need a planetary honesty is the best policy,insanity is a better deffense 1.036, 6.16@ 224 | |||

I'd say it has nothing to do with the valve body. Check the shifter cable, should slide in and out of the shifter arm easily is all the positions! If it doesn't you likely have the cable in the wrong shifter arm hole for the shifter you're using if you can't adjust it to slide in and out easily. If it's not that then you got to go deeper | |||
