Todd, Have the Drag Racing Association of Women contacted you about your racing accident?

If this happened at a NHRA track or during a NHRA event there is Medical Insurance coverage AND in many instances DRAW will supplement that coverage. You should contact NHRA (626) 914-4761 and DRAW (217) 345-6537 and give them the details of the accident. Unfortunately there's no coverage for the car just medical coverage for you. Good luck...... This does Not have to be a NHRA track or NHRA sanctioned event to contact DRAW. Also, you do not have to be a member or contributor to DRAW to receive monetary help with medical bills.

You got a problem with "it could happen to anyone" "The problem is 3000 lbs 160 mph on an index, not enough downforce"? Why's that? That's thinking about the next guy. You got a problem with thinking about the next guy?

You got a problem with giving the guy that comes behind you, a heads up? Why's that?

No kidding, A-holes have ruined this place. https://postimg.cc/gallery/np3zpruo/ "Dunning-Kruger Effect" -a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. Tell us more about how great you are and F up the thread further with your sniveling, my comments were a heads up for the next guy to come along. There's nothing wrong with looking out for the next guy by giving him something to consider. He may not be as fortunate without a heads up.This message has been edited. Just keep it in your lane and rubber side down. This is a very interesting point. When I sold my 69 Chevelle, it went to a guy who put it back to 100% street use, no racing. He has made it truly a show-winning quality car. He calls me periodically and asks me what is this or that, why did I do this, why did I not do that, etc. While pondering his questions, I came to realize exactly what you just said. Over time, the car became merely a tool for winning races, nothing more. I'm racing a very nice, slow, classic muscle car right now while I'm in between race cars, but my next race car will be exactly what you said - just a tool. Not going to throw big $$$ on a classic car or show car for racing. Just looking for a tool. Mike
