Anyone know what is considered full fluid level for PG in regard to transmission itself? Like how far above filter or half way of valve body. Not asking about on dipstick itself. I am questioning that actually. Checking mine it would be about top of pan to read full.
Running deeper pan with fti's spacer for filter.

Top of the pan, is supposed to be full. With a deep pan you can be a quart low on dipstick and still more than stock.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

As Bruce (Curly1) stated, top of pan "running" is full normal with fluid at operating temp.
If you have an external / aftermarket cooler like most of us, when shut off the cooler will usually drain into the pan, raising it above the gasket level. My son had an issue with leakage only when shut down, no leak when running. His cooler is very large, and was mounted fairly high. We re-mounted it down low, and since the inlet & outlet are on same side of cooler, we rotated it 90* so the lines enter and exit at the top instead of side. That keeps most of the fluid in the cooler, and pretty much stopped the leaking. With a deep pan and extended filter tube, he lowered his fluid level about a quart, and no more leaks. Band-aid solution, but it worked for him.

Yea cooler is above transmission and figure part of problem. I did put longer hose on with it up and 180 down to hopefully cure that. Also band aid fix,but seems band aid falling off
