On another poist KI am looking for new battery for car. This one I have question or dbl checkiong myself.
I have quick connect at master power switch, I can charge from it and if flipped off I could plug another battery up and crank car. My question is if cionnected 1nd battery and flipped switch on any reason it would not be same as 2 battery system? Can not think of any but figure someone might know why not.
My thinking is carry 2bd battery on 4 wheeler with cable setup so could fire car up if needed and since almnost zero access require elkectrical I couyld make a pass I would have to other wise give up.

When is the last time you replaced master cut off switch? I had one burn me once. Car would crank fine one time then slow crank the next. New battery would crank slow or just click. Replaced master switch and never had the problem again.

Not looking to increase and dang sure not looking to throw 24 volts at 12v system. Only looking to havbe auxilary battery connection.
If have issue I can fiore car disconnect and make run. Again battery not needed for ignition just cranking and few accessories I can run w/o. May have to addapt for no transbrake or delay but can make a run, Hell dial hiugh and ride the binders if need,LOL
