I’ve seen from 25-35HP On the dyno . We can ask Mike Laws. I’m sure he will chime in. It absolutely depends on the combo as I stated. Some combos are better off with one carb.

Everyone's comments look pretty good. OP runs a blower on methanol and Rusty explained how the meat-grinder underneath works. A single carb is also fine on a blower, as long as it provides adequate fuel volume. As to NA and 2-carbs vs 1: In most cases - a well designed tunnel ram with 2 carbs will outperform any manifold with 1 carb, however the performance gap is less than ever due to carb and single-carb intake manifold technology. It comes down to individual preference.
