Needing to replace the key FOB on my 2015 Chev 3500. Amazon has replacement FOB's and I need to know if I will have to take to a dealer to have it synchronized with my truck, or can I do it manually?

We have a shop in Omaha named Steering Column Repairs that does them much more reasonably. Any shop with a current pro scanner can pair the FOB.

Recently we bought two additional key FOB's for our Subaru. There is a web site (Google) that detailed the procedure for changing the batteries and programing the FOB's to the vehicle. Bob

Thanks for the responses. I ordered a set from Amazon and the kit came with a module that plugs into the system and in less than 2 minutes I had both programmed. Told wife I would try not to wash these in the washing machine Ha Ha
