LOL, actually now that I look closer I use the same one BK posted.

I think the only real difference is the zero button on the pro version though. Oh, and the price.

I bought a digital gauge head on Amazon and a hose from a vendor at a swap meet. There was a discussion on this a while back.

After having multiple Jegs gauges fail, Thats the same one I have been using for well over 12 years. Excellent tire gauge IMO

I have been using an Intercomp and like it but as expensive as it is worry about getting it lost or damaged. I also have several nice digital Longacre.

Have had very good results from cheap Amazon digital tire gauges. I do prefer the digital gauges now over analog because the digital are much more solid and do not lose calibration if you drop them.

Like others have said each gauge may read different and I always use same gauge once I determine what pressure works best on that car.

Also I prefer to use one that has a range of about double or less the pressure for that tire and a very low margin of error on gauge.

I bought several of the Pit Posse PP3288 Podium Digital Air Pressure Gauges on Amazon and they have been great! The first one was purchased in 2018 and we still use it every weekend for my son's Jr Dragster. After that one I bought one for each car and (2) spares, just in case. The spares are still sitting in their cases on the shelf.

We also use the AVID Power 20v Portable Air Compressors from Amazon without issues for several years. On those I did swap out the hose ends air chucks with replacements over the clamp on style they come with.

My roadster is way too sensitive to tire pressure, in an effort to get the 60’s to tighten up. I bought a Dwyer DPGA-05 0-15 PSI industrial gauge and put it on the whip from my broken Jegs gauge. The DPGA-05 reads down the hundredth of a pound and is repeatable. With ±1.0% FS (includes linearity, hysteresis, repeatability) it perfect for me. A new gauge is around $200, but you can find them on ebay, there one on there now for $40. The only thing is it’s not backlit.

This^^^ I have them in all my cars, and they work great. They all read the same pressure after 3-5 years on them.

That's the complete opposite to my roadster. I have found that it only effects my reaction times to an extent. I run 6.0 right now and can go to 6.75 but I can't go to 7.0 or higher and I haven't found the bottom yet. I'm going to try down to 5.5 this Friday and see how it works.

I wish, my tire "tuning " window is .15 of a pound. Anything outside of that and the 60 starts to move.

I'm a big fan of the Moroso digital tire gauges. I've had one for over 13 years and it still works. Put a few AAA batteries in it once a year and keep digging.
