I have a tri 5 drag car with a fiberglass front clip and I'd was wonder if there is any one out there making a kit to add head lights to these.

I doubt anyone makes a kit. On vehicles like yours (with round, normal headlights) I've cut holes for the light then fiberglassed them in place from the inside.
