Flexplate on backward, by chance? I’ve done it in the embarrassingly recent past. Tony Leonard

Is this a new issue on a previously running engine? If so, check crankshaft thrust. If not take a look at Tony's ^^ suggestion. Bruce Lee Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want.

Look for run out if I am understanding correctly. TCI's cheaper plates are imported. ____________________________ 2017 and 2018 Osage Casinos Tulsa Raceway Park No-Box Champion 2018 Div4 Goodguys Hammer award winner

Stamped steel flexplates can have a lot of run out from batch to batch. Meziere Tech. Make sure your water pump is on whenever you check your coolant level.

Is it radially or axially that it’s hitting? ____________________________ 2017 and 2018 Osage Casinos Tulsa Raceway Park No-Box Champion 2018 Div4 Goodguys Hammer award winner
