I got a chance to grab a 582. New build 40 pass
dart 9.8 block billet caps
Callis magnum crank
Oliver billet max rods
dart big chief head with T&D shaft rockers
isky lifters
Je pistons 13.5-1
Motor made 1018 peak 7000 and 835 tq at 6000 on gas 95 degrees on dyno day. Any its has a terminator on it now

Pretty sure i am plulling the trigger and picking this up any thoughts?

Yea should be fine. should run 40's in our nova.. Current motor is a original 502 Reher super series thats been gone through a few times and a 509 now. Gen6 block and it can't be bored anymore unless we hard block fill it.... And its 20ish years old so looking to upgrade

I punched my Dart block out a little more and made a 588 and love it.
