I have tried a lot of different carbs (Alcohol) lately APD, BLP and Get'M. By far the best one on my car was the Get'M. The Get'm was .2 faster than the BLP and .3 faster than the APD carb. Main problem with APD is it is so fat off idle that it does not come up quickly and clean for a Pro Tree so it is slow Et and not consistent reaction times. The BLP was very fat throughout range. I did try some tuning on them and was able to improve them some but they never got close to the Get'm. Trying to say this nicely, not saying the APD or BLP carbs are not good but the Get'M was way better on THAT motor. Your mileage may vary and alcohol may not have same results as their gas carbs.
The problem with my Get'M carb was it is a Twin Blade carb and it just did not work well with four hole Restrictor plate. These carbs were on a 409 All aluminum 18* SBC and all carbs made less Hp than the alcohol Rons fuel injection. For reference the Rons injection ran 5.09, the Get'M ran 5.25, the BLP 5.48 and the APD ran 5.59 in similar air. Was trying to set up that car to run the 5.00 or the 5.50 class and it just was not happening. None were fast enough for 5.00 and the Get'M was more than fast enough for the 5.50 but it just did not work well with restrictor plate to slow it down. I run 8 O2 sensors and some were stupid fat and others lean, what I think was happening when you put four hole plates under a twin blade carb the air and fuel puddle up on plate messing up distribution. What ever reason restrictor plate did not work well with that carb.
The other motor I am working with is a 463" all aluminum SB2-SBC 900+ Hp and I tried Enderle hat on alcohol and carb on alcohol and gas carb. Very surprised to see the Pro Systems gas carb outperform the Enderle hat on alcohol but that is why we dyno and test things.
I am very impressed with is the Pro Systems (Gas). Just have dyno time on the Pro Systems carb but it worked really well on the dyno. I suspect it will work well on the track and will find out soon.
I have ran injection since 2012 and just went back to carbs this year because had no other choice. (Index racing and needed to slow it down a lot). It has been a learning experience, expensive and pain in the tail.
Hope my struggles help your problem and give you some direction.

-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.
Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.
