It made over 1300hp I believe..

1300+ hp to go 185 seems insane to me, although if going 9.90 that would truly be top of the class.

My conventional headed 632 makes a very pedestrian 1020 hp, but went 8.90 @ 184 at St. Louis in October.

Tom, are you saying Duggins has done it and if so who bracket racing or super class racing is running it?

I know first hand that Scott's dyno is happy.

That MBE Manifold is sweet looking. I'll have to stick with my short 2x4 setup. My lil 9 combo makes 1300 at 7100 with little carbs. I picked my heads up from Slick Rick this past Monday. The things that guy can do with cylinder heads is amazing. He and Joe are doing some really cool stuff with 20 degree stuff.

My Sunset 9 deg 648 made 1348 hp and 1040 tq with a single carb. I decided to stop trying to turn the earth to bracket race and sold that engine and Joe should have my Alum 615 SR20 done in a couple weeks.

Yup these things are impressive! Off topic but I just seen a 615 20 degree make 130 hp more than mine on the same dyno! and NOT a happy dyno.

2023 = New Combo, Aluminum Block. Should be zippy
