If you have an Ace hardware nearby they normally have an excellent selection of bolts and should have flange bolts.
I buy a lot from McMaster Carr because they have everything you could possibly need. Only problem with them is you normally have to buy a box of whatever you need. I needed an o ring for my fuel cell the other day, they had exactly the size I need but I had to buy a pack of 50 to get it. The pack was only $14 so it was worth $14 not having to search all over town trying to find 1 O-ring

AlaskaracerI use whatever bolts my boss will let me grab from the bolt bin when I need them. Usually grade 8 stuff....with washers but no lock washer. This last time around I used hex bolts, we'll have to see how the length is with the new case.....
