I wasn't going to post anything else about our other car, but I'm bored. If & when I decide to change the converter on this car. I would have it re-stalled to around 6,300 rpm. The current converter is an ATI 8", that stalled @ 5,400 on the transbrake. A stall change should really wake this combo up. i know nothing but off of that sheet ,6200 stall for me.my first hotrod motor was a very mild by standard ,350.ran 10.40s.it needed above 6000 stall on transbrake to run.i am sure it made much less power than yours.i would want 6200 or a little more honesty is the best policy,insanity is a better deffense 1.036, 6.16@ 224 | |||

Car is 29xx lbs with driver, 434sbc with too much duration, 1.76 glide, 4.10 rear gears & 29 x 11 slicks. I think we are both close with the stall. 1980 Camaro Taking the Best Working Small Tire Shyt Box & making it Greater Than Before! 3000 lbs. Pump Gas 436 | |||
