Anybody here well versed on the 5.9 12V ? I moved my fuel plate forward for a little more power and now it won't rev up past 1600 rpm barely idles and I have to hold the fuel pedal 1/2 way down for it to start....I can't imagine anything I could of broke or bent under the AFC, but I manage to jack something up...check fuel pressure and all the linkage and cables.....I'm baffled !! . It's been a bunch of years since I cut a 100 plate and it was magical. I don't remember having any problems like you're describing, but check in over at CumminsForum, Competition diesel, or DieselBombers.

The Cummins diesel forum has a lot of good information. I have a 5.9 12V in my Toter, I just rebuilt the motor and doing a few more things to it then I will start on fuel system myself. One of the sponsors there sells injectors etc and they are good to talk to, very helpful. You may give them a call. https://postimg.cc/gallery/np3zpruo/ "Dunning-Kruger Effect" -a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. If not there is no point to argue. 4X NE2 CHAMPION. 2020 TDRA NE2 Champion
