Less than 6 years I would want my money back. LOL Mine usually last 8 years or more. I don't run and XS though.

I've had the same XS D1600 for a little over 7 years but I keep it on their battery tender 7/24. I also use a 16 volt alternator.

I think it was a good investment.

A battery tender is a must....lucky to get a couple of years without one....

Going on year number five with my XS D1600. Put the charger on from time to time in the off season and when I'm not racing.....charge after every pass at the track. No alternator, but do have one. Just need to figure out how to get it on the car.

I use Odyssey and gave it away to be used as a winch battery after 9 yrs still starting my 14-1 sbc. Replaced with the same 12v Odyssey that’s 4 yrs old now and cranks great. This battery sits in the car unattended for 4 months during the winter and looses less than 0.2 v from full charge. I never charge at the track….NEVER!!!

This is pretty much how I roll.. I started charging after every run last weekend but it seemed to charge up pretty quickly. Im thinking maybe its a starter issue.

I like that these batteries have both the 12v and 16v terminal option. Easy to split the relay panel from the starting/charging system. Says it’s from Vietnam. Zero battery specs other than 60ah provided.

Yes, for the last 3 years. the roadster doesn't have a alternator (no room). Just a note this battery is 1.5 inches taller then the d1600.
