Having done that it isn't as consistent as leaving in high gear. High gear leaves are stupid consistent but overall boring. LOL I'm not saying it would be all over the place just not AS consistent. ____________________________ 2017 and 2018 Osage Casinos Tulsa Raceway Park No-Box Champion 2018 Div4 Goodguys Hammer award winner

I've only done it once, shifting at 0.300 to keep the car above 7.50 in the 1/4 mile. It felt really weird, but the car was good and got me to a $7500 final round. I've never run high gear only to have a comparison. Tony Leonard

I was shifting at .750 Saturday to slow down enough to run 6.00, it does work. Mid 5.70s off the foot and high 5.90s off the brake, same day. A little off topic but on Friday I made a Footbrake time trial and ran 5.798 leaving at 2700 shifting at 6800. Forgot to change to time shift on my 6.0 time trial and went 5.797 leaving at 4000 off the button still shifting at 6800. ____________________________ 2017 and 2018 Osage Casinos Tulsa Raceway Park No-Box Champion 2018 Div4 Goodguys Hammer award winner
