Works fine here. They do have a warning about fake websites. I did noticed the shipping is a little slow this week for some reason. Usually takes a day to me and both times I ordered this week took 2 days for them to load it on the truck.

This week I placed an order just before the shipping deadline Monday night, and it arrived Wednesday afternoon as I expected it would. No issues.

Check to see if your wife put it on the "restricted site list" in your router. LMAO

I should probably be restricted from Amazon and DIYTUNE for a while.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Ordered new 32x14 from Summit last month, got a tracking # and five days later still waiting with the UPS delivery update stating in transit. Never arrived…lol. Summit sent another set and said if the first set ever showed up to contact them. UPS contacted me three weeks later looking for the first set of tires. I told the oriental woman “who the heck looses two tires, each larger than an oversized suitcase”. And finished with “Lady, an employee stole them”.

When the second set arrived I told our UPS driver the story about the first set. He said maybe the shipping labels came off. I told him, hey go ahead and try pulling the labels off these….. he laughed and said, yea I get it.

Summit sucks lately. Just ordered some items. Paid next day shipping to have them in time. Just checked and they never shipped. Never notified. Something about billing problems with their end of the shipping. Told me they would refund my next day shipping. I said no **** your going to. No other offers.

Because I know it will be still screwed up I ordered the same thing from AMAZON CHEAPER and it will be here at the time expected time as the screwed up summit ones. I will then return the summit ones if they miraculously do show up. Not getting caught without what I need for this weekend.

This is why when I ship cylinder heads, I ship one on one day and the other the next day. I have heard horror stories about the shipping weight changing from 46 lbs to 3 lbs in memphis and then a box of trash arrives at the head porters.

Something definitely going on lately with the shipping. For years, it has been like clockwork for me. Order before 4:00 have it the next day. Last few times I ordered. It sat a day after the label was created before being shipped.

I don't know if I would go so far as to say Amazon would be any better though. I have lots of stories about them screwing up shipping too.

In a bind, I ordered a Jegs brand 4 pass tube type transmission cooler ($70) on a Friday afternoon recently and they shipped it FedEx ($12) that night and it arrived on Sunday morning. I was blown away that it traveled 500+ miles that fast for that cheap. I installed it on Tuesday and it leaked so bad at the AN connections that it was in the garbage pickup on Wednesday. Ended up getting a 30+ yr old used tube type from a friend and no leaks.

That Jegs brand is some real trash imho.

I am in manufacturing and hate to say it but things were going downhill before COVID and they really have just tanked ever since. Not talking politics but if all this work comes back - which I hope it does - the American worker better start showing back up. Think there is such a lust for free money, and the cuts from years past ravaging companies with layoff as jobs went overseas. Those that do show up do just the bare minimum. Its scary times.

All this because my package didn't show up. Tip PC

Left for lunch at noon and saw a little disabled kid on the sidewalk with headphones on just jamming to some type of music. Brought me back to reality - suddenly my race car part didn't seem so significant anymore.

Ordered a rotor for my car yesterday. Still waiting for Fed Ex to pick it up. I hate UPS, but IIRC UPS was good for the next day delivery to me. I think Summit is chasing cheaper shipping options now.

I always prefered Summit over Jegs because of the one day deal but if it going to take as long to ship I will start checking Jegs again.
