BRKTrans mount - solid or flex?
On a tube chassis car with front motor plate, and a mid plate, would you run a solid or flex trans mount?

wideopen231never had transmission mount on race car. Then door cars I had never had ton of power maybe 700 to 800. If did I would say solid.

undacuva67solid. if two 1/4 metal plates cannot hold it still rubber ain,t gonna cure the issue

Wild Wild West 2I have factory style (solid) mounts to my main frame rails and a motor plate up front. I run a rubber OEM style transmission mount. No issues in over 30 years.
