no it's not, not when the discussion is about racing parts. that's an excuse for those that don't care, those whose every purchase is driven by the cheapest price and those that are lazy.

Why does it just apply to racing parts. Because it suits your needs. You have plenty in your racing program that's imported.

Might as well get it done now and own it with this President rather than leave it to our grand kids. we made the mess and we have to clean it up!

Oh no I care about that. I just don't care about anything you think. LOL

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Back to the cheap entertainment! Big Grin

You are dead on wrong! I thought I made it clear a week or so ago, your comprehension sucks. I listed a good portion (not all) of American made racing parts. Many of the same parts you run, on both my cars. So, get off your high horse; no justifying here!

Ed doesn't realize that the nomex he (and his kid) is wearing is made in China. Doesn't matter who sewed it together.

Vern, Gyna must have outsourced your suit to even cheaper female slave labor held captive by the taliban who run pakistan and who would like nothing better than to kill every american in addtion to all the Americans they have killed on 9/11 and since in this country due to 9/11 related health issues. Think about that next time you put that suit on.

Can you tell me where you found that Nomex is made in China? I work for DuPont, and as far as I know, we still make the fibers domestically. I don't know how much of it is then used domestically.

I’m gonna have to suffer with it, already worn it and the bottom of the pant legs are scuffed a bit. Oh well, such is life.

Have a great day everyone. Looks like the next race will probably be Vegas in early June.

Phil, thanks for posting the truth and no surprise we have some here that will say anything and LIE in an attempt to prove me wrong and justify their decision to support the chinese communist government and their war machine.

Good news today...I read this morning that the "truce" between Trump and the leader of gyna is over. clapping

I'm smoking/cooking brisket today, how's that for a thread derail!

I'm removing myself from this thread (plus, my post count is getting to high). It turned into a train wreck, mainly by 2 members. With some help from a few others.

Enough Said!

Then there's other products not made in the USA & that's OK to buy as long as it's not CHINA. We all do it & it's all of our problem. Where do you draw the line, most everyone crosses it; like it or not!
