Ed, my kid wins enough on the real BIG stages in drag racing to pay the way for both of us...you a damn fool or can't count money...

Remember, divisional championships pay the the same as a Saturday night gamblers race on a test and tune night...round $1500 bux.

You need marketing partners to ra e? We simply don't...your wallet at big as your mouth?

On the head sock...it's purely a preference...

They have been more than accommodating, I ordered the tall in the pants and they were even too tall for me. Sent them back no problem.

Oop's, didn't word that clearly enough. I have nothing but great things to say about Profox suits, AND their customer service. I have had the SFI-5 combo for more than five years now, and the SFI-15 combo for more than 2 years.....both have held up like a champ!

I just figured that maybe a high dollar big baller racer would have scoffed at the idea of using a lowly profox suit and head sock by now. Wink

All American made and great products. Anyone who is a big baller and wants to scoff at that can kiss typically hidden body parts.

Every time I get in the car. Are you saying my suit isn’t made in America or are you calling me a liar again?

Curtis, my understanding was that the owner of Profox is in California but the suits are made overseas.

When I started racing I bought a /5 setup from them. Not the nomex, the cheaper version. It was fine, but faded after a few years as I've seen other suits do. The fit was pretty good for me. The problem was the gloves. After a season and a half or two the SFI tag fell off of them. I liked the gloves so I called, talked to the owner (nice guy) and bought another pair. Not too long after the same thing happened to the new pair so I'm not buying another pair of them.

When my wife started racing we got her the Sparco stuff from Biondo. Super nice. No comparison to Profox. If you fold the profox pants up they're still 8" tall....if you fold the sparco pants up they sit flat like a pair of jeans. Like I said, this was the cheaper /5 profox, not the nomex one so that's likely lighter.

I don't have their -15 suit but I've seen them around and they look pretty light and soft for a 15.

Uninformed I’ll take. I have had my second one for years and it’s time to buy another one. When I bought it I was told by them they were made in America.

The fact that it is a little thicker doesn’t bother me because at the time they had the highest TPP rating. I want time to get out without burning. I bought my Coolshirt vest to combat that.

Whoever I spoke to on the phone when I bought it. It’s been years since I got that suit. Doesn’t matter now.

it took me less than 1 minute today to get them to admit made in gyna but I knew that before I called, their website's blatant absence of made in the USA makes it clear so even Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles can see they sell gyna junk!

FACT, they were never made in the USA. FACT 2, you didn't care then nor do you care now. you are part of the problem, not the solution! I want a war with China and I ain't talking about no trade war! Might as well get it done now and own it with this President rather than leave it to our grand kids. we made the mess and we have to clean it up!

It's hard to find a true USA made product. Some will have materials imported in & use the made in he USA.

Then there's other products not made in the USA & that's OK to buy as long as it's not CHINA. We all do it & it's all of our problem. Where do you draw the line, most everyone crosses it; like it or not!
