Top355xIf it’s the same as early trucks GM offered them with manual steering because those are the boxes that we use on G bodies

"The Bender"Speedway motors has new ones for G bodies, it will fit an S-10 too.........
They don't call it a G body, look for GM metric chassis

bry-warCopied from forum but interesting...
'82-'84 S-10's with manual steering came with a 3 bolt cover steering gear. The '85-'93 S-10's with manual steering came with a 4 bolt cover.
The 3 bolt cover version is a few pounds lighter than the 4 bolt cover version. The 3 bolt cover version has a 6.5 turn lock to lock. The 4 bolt cover version has 7.25 turns lock to lock.
The 3 bolt cover has a smaller pitman shaft. The 4 bolt cover has the larger pitman shaft. As a result, they use different pitman arms.
The 4 bolt version is popular because that pitman shaft is the same size as the power steering gear boxes and as a result is often times a direct swap in for some of the F-Body cars and others. They just use their existing power steering pitman arm and bolt in the 4 bolt cover S-10 box from an '85 - '93 and away they go.

EmanAs someone posted the 4 bolt manual box from square body S10's will bolt on for PS replacement and you can use your original pitman arm. I've had one on my Camaro for years.
