I have 10oz Co2 bottles - what pressure should they be filled too? My source for filling them is gone so probably going to have to do it myself.

They are filled by weight, not pressure. ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ

How do you weigh them without the hose influencing the weight measurement? Overfill and unhook hose and vent til right weight? Foxtrot Juliet Bravo

So - a 10 oz bottle should then weigh how much when full?

I have a 20lb mother bottle I use to fill them. Just freeze the small bottle and warm up the mother. Take one tank, empty it and put it on a postal scale or similar. That's tare weight. Filled weight is 10oz over that. When I fill mine I let it go until it stops transferring on its own. Never had an issue with overfilling. Which reminds me...I need to fill mine!
