Did you receive your semi check yet? I quick email to Jeff Foster usually takes care of it.

I'm still debating entering the Vegas double divisional in stock. While Stock is my favorite category, my direction is heading towards un-moth balling a Super Stocker; maybe!

Going back to my roots of bracket racing this weekend. Hope to find some time to work on 1/8-mile strategy. Plus, decide if I'm going to enter the Spring Fling Million.

The usual schedule for this weekend TnT tomorrow & 2 points races on Sat./Sun.

I really need to start focusing on my driving. I've been paying too much attention to tuning the new Holley Terminator X TBI. We've had a couple issues with the system. The 1st one I finally figured out as a faulty Manifold Air Temp Sensor. It was wreaking havoc with adding a bunch of fuel during the run.

The second issue & not sure if I have it fixed. The data log shows the system being in learn status, but the learn table comes up with nothing but 0's; for some reason it's not populating the table??????

Good or bad race results will be posted. Eek

My 1st & long time Sponsor offered up $$$ help if I/his nephew decided to un-moth ball the Super Stocker! We/I discussed an approximate/wag on what it was going to cost to get it .4 or .5 under the index. I have a bunch on my plate but need to make a decision & get moving on the project. Big Grin

Been following this thread for a while. Looks like you're doing pretty well with what you're working with and consistently making progress. Looking forward to reading about your Super Stocker adventures. That is, assuming you pull the trigger on it. Certainly hope you do. I have a 68 Camaro Super Stocker that's been parked since 2015. Took it out of the trailer last year and got it running again. Haven't raced it yet. Needs a few repairs before its safe to race, and my time to invest in it ran pretty thin,(life got in the way). Plan is to race it this season. Good luck.

I’ll assume you have the most recent laptop software and firmware version installed in the ECU. If you haven’t already, download the GCF from the ECU to your laptop and verify all the Closed Loop/ Learn Parameters. Could be something simple causing the learn not to populate. I can still make errors early in the year being away from programming over the winter.

I saw an interesting demonstration several yrs ago between a Rife and a standard type GM IAT sensors that you might find of interest. IAT Sensors

Thanks for the info, M & M!

When I 1st booted up with the wrong software it required me update to the most recent software. As for the firmware, I'm unsure of the firmware version. I'm really technically challenged with this computer crap.

I have verified all the Closed Loop/Learn Parameters numerous times. It seems pretty simple, but I'm sure it could get screwed up.

I was able to transfer probably 99% of my Sniper tune to the Terminator X. The X had some additional/different options. The car is actually quicker/faster than on the old set-up. The thing I don't like is the Closed Loop Compensation is not spot on like the old Sniper tune. Some of the compensation will be taken care of with the MAT sensor being fixed.

This is the MAT sensor being used in one of the TBI barrels above where the fuel is discharged.
