For centuries American Indians used controlled burns to re-vitalized certain areas with new growth, controlled burns are the key words here. When it comes to this concept American Indians are a lot smarter than the Democratic Leadership in California.

They have allowed massive over growth, along with not maintaining a sufficient water supply in the reservoirs that endanger populated areas. Evidently checking water pressure at fire hydrants never crossed their minds. Perhaps they were too busy raising Party funds for the next Election, or attending the Coronation of a Ghana Tribal Chiefton in Africa.

There are a few "Key" elements necessary to provide safety for the public, these bozos get an "F" on all of them. Winter fires and Santa Ana winds (November through March) in California have always been a issue. Evidently LGBTQ Events out trump the fire danger and Public Safety.

Steve is correct, we are ALL going to pay The Piper.

You can expect a letter from your Insurance Company informing you that they are increasing the cost of your Home Owners Policy.

Think I was telling Larry, we are in the LNU fire zone here. Allstate home owners from 1600 to 3600!
We raised our deductible to 10k because there is really nothing I can’t fix. If it’s that big I’ll pay the 10K.
It lowered policy to 2900$.
We will revisit.

Bidenomics. Gas prices went way up, all food and groceries went up(some almost double), utilities went up about double here. My home owners insurance doubled from 2020 to now. After the fires I think the Government will spend trillions of our tax dollars and insurance rates all across the Country will go up. How much I do not know but from what we have been through in last 4 years can not afford much more.

The 4 year intermission is now over. Trump is back in office and all is good! Lots of positive things are coming!

Well, I know you are right but it will take time to unscrew us for what Biden spent four years doing to us. Would have been better if we never got raped in the first place. And Biden gave Pardons to everyone around him and all of the Biden Crime Family so nobody will ever be held accountable.

I'm not sure about that. All the lawfair and assignation attempts has tempered Trump to a far greater extent than he would have with a second consecutive term. Or at least I hope so. Executive orders are akin to filling in pot holes in badly damaged street. What we need is to have those streets repaved, and that would mean laws passed by congress. Do the repubs have the ability to get it done? Past performance says no. But I am hopeful.
