Whew cold weather all around this weekend across the country. What's your weather like?

Rainy in Nashville for a few day and then we're suppose to get temps below freezing all next week with lows in the single digits.

Brrrr

Burr... high of 60 degrees. Wearing my long shorts to work today! California sucks but the weather doesn't.

32° for a high today. Sunday will be 14° for a high and 11° for Monday negative numbers for lows. 70% chance of snow for Sunday. This is not, I repeat not supposed to be Oklahoma weather. Just stupid.

Yesterday it was 65° when I got off work. It's 19° with 25mph winds as I type this.

This week have had probably 15" or so. Might not be done. Sunday should be single digits and windy. Got the truck stuck plowing the drive. Brought out tractor and blower.

I have 18” on the drive that started early this morning, still snowing and the wind is getting worse now. I’ll deal with it tomorrow and hope the blower (got 2 of them) will handle it. Forecasting -10 to -15* for Monday + Tuesday. I wear out a snow shovel every other year.

Our power went out at 11:30am and was restored 5+ hrs later. Very typical where we live. I have a 6.5kw portable generator that handles this issue.

I’ve never met anyone that lived South of the Mason-Dixon line deciding to retire in the upper Midwest. It perty much sucks here 5 -6 months a year.

It sure blew overnight. No new snow that I am aware of. But need to get out and clean up the drifting.
Our power is usually pretty reliable. But would go out at the worst times. -20 at times and I'm praying for it to stay on. Purchased a stationary generator this year to chase away power outages. Have a plow on the truck and a big blower on the back of the 50 hp tractor cabbed. Trying to do what I can to make winter suck just a little less.

14 with a chill of -4 right now in Western OK. Wind chill alert til Tuesday at noon. winds 20-30 with higher gusts. Winds up to 50 mph 2 nights ago blew a 15' section of indoor-outdoor carpet blew loose even though it was glued. Maybe snow, maybe not. As I was told when I moved here, wait an hour and the weather will change. They were correct. Big Grin

We have already passed our annual record for snowfall here.....More on the way but it's not showing a lot of it, just small accumulations with colder temps....

Arizona is doing pretty good with this year’s winter. Don’t get me wrong We’ve seen snow , rain and was in the 20s but it always seems to clear up when it comes to Racetime

Bob, I agree; I have 4 layers of clothes on anything under 70*. But I woudnt trade my 110* with no humidity for your 90@90%. Im just like our race cars, when the air gets full of water we cant breath. Ive had to work all over the western U.S. from -60* in wyoming and montana to 95*@95% in south texas. Both are miserable.
