We only got 6-8" of snow after the weathermen predicting a snowpocalypse of 12-15". It has been cold though. It's 16° as I type and it was 0° yesterday morning. We set 4 cold records over the weekend and yesterday.

I have had enough winter for this year but haven't been able to find the opt out button.

Here in United States of Texas got about 3 inches of sleet and snow, temps down in single digits. This Global Warming is something else. Where I am at there is some kind of a Dry line and do not get much rain here so I am Thankful for the Sleet and Snow that I did get.

Kind of a mess, I had lots of things to do in the shop on my airplanes during the bad weather but ended up not getting much done do to needing parts and hardware.

One crazy thing, I needed a loaf of bread there was not one single loaf of bread at my store. Not even the kind that nobody eats. Nothing. Some people act like a cold snap is end of the World. Buy up all the water, milk etc. WTF? Toilet paper, who needs 96 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day cold snap?

Typically Texas Winters are pretty nice. Lows in high 40's and 50's at night and daytime highs around 70*. We get a few cold wet, rainy days even once in a while some sleet and snow. For the most part Texas is 9 months Summer, one month Spring, one month Fall and one month Winter.

Will try to post some pictures later.

Be glad when weather gets back to normal but I can deal with a few days of this mess.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

I have been stuck in Baltimore but my daughter dug my truck out this morning so I am going to make a run South this afternoon. Night time temperatures below 10 next few days here and not much better in NC. Stay safe and warm

Driveway measured 11-1/2" yesterday but there is way more than that out there here in Southwest Ohio. Brutally cold with windchills -15 plus.
