The NHRA is moving it's main offices from Glendora to Indianapolis after selling the property in California.

It seems that many Companies, Corporations and Organizations are leaving California, including the NHRA and many of the Professional Teams. The NHRA will maintain a smaller presence in California, for now.

Value of property has sky rocketed so it a great opportunity. Same reason the Edelbrock building was sold.

I do not think it has so much to do with land value but more about TAXES, Excessive REGULATIONS, HOMELESS problems like people setting up tents and living in front of the business doors and making Obama in the streets.

Many businesses are simply leaving because cost of labor and taxes are too much in California.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Well with the sale of Atlanta and now Glendora NHRA should not be cash poor any longer. That Glendora property has to be worth a mint in today's market.
Well that is if the board does not put all that money in their back pockets...

650K folks left Ca in 2019. So if you count who came in as an offset its still prob 200K! Have not checked 2020..
We need a Gov in place who is Motorsports friendly.
Popular is Texas 82 K from Ca , Arizona 59K, Nev 47K, Wash 46K and Oregon 38K.
High taxes, Hostile to businesses and of course our lefts agenda..

Raceless in California!

So California lost 650 thousand residents in 2019 alone. I be they have gained almost that many ILLEGAL ALIENS in same time.

California has quickly changed from one of most Beautiful states to a dump and their politics is why. Bring in ILLEGALS, and tax the Citizens to death.
