Agenda 21

Saw this on FB

Capital Raceway in Maryland.

I remember reading about Pro Modified back in the early 90's at this track, in Super Stock magazine.

I think the second doorslammer to go 200mph behind Kuhlmann, was at this track.

I probably should have said many tracks in CALIFORNIA may soon follow. That junk may spread all over America before it is all over.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Hey stk 758 BP. Have a question? You say Pomona and Sonoma moved. I know Pomona has been moved or maybe cancelled, but haven't heard anything about Sonoma being moved? What did you mean?

Pomona is closed for 21.. Heard the rumor ( at least 10 folks now) that Sonoma double divisional could... be moved to Las Vegas. I have no idea why but my guess is restrictions and money.. We no longer have the strong allies we had at Sonoma.. Also hear the decision will be next week.. Hate this as much as anyone. Interstate 5 sucks a big one! Its a trailer and car killer. If they do we are going to makes some very tough decisions...

So with Sonoma moved to Vegas. Sportsman racers will have 3 double headers starting Oct. 8th and ending Nov. 7th. Tucson double header, Phoenix double header and Vegas double header and a National event on Oct. 29. So that's basically 7 races in 5 or 6 weeks. Wow Do the math!!!

Our schedule is set, not racing South. Sonoma was the only mid way race for everyone! What I need to do is follow my smart friends and move East .

So you are saying the Sonoma double header will be in Vegas in July?. Not the way I noted in my last post. What I posted makes more sense. Split Sonoma and change Tucson in Oct. to dbl. header and Vegas in Oct. to dbl. header.

If you can't ensure that it is absolutely safe for large groups of people to gather, then it is right to wait until you can!

I am soooo tired of folks putting their "right" to race over the actual health of children, women, and men!

Look at the COVID-19 statistics in CA!!!! Best in the nation!

Putting innocent people at risk of serious illness and even death is completely unacceptable.

At this point, I really don't care if you choose to die, but I will not allow ignorance, selfishness, and politics to kill my family, friends, neighbors, or strangers!

My family has gotten their vaccinations, we wear our masks, and social distance!

A little more patience will keep everyone safe!

Now, go ahead and bash, rant, rave, demean, yell, curse, etc.!! I really don't want to hear anything other than vetted FACTS! NOT OPINIONS!

What other undertaking in life is ensured as "absolutely safe"? Just posing a question for discussion. Taking your toddler in a car to the neighborhood grocery store is risky. Probably more risky than gathering in a large crowd. It saddens me to see so many people in this country literally terrified by our government and their information-controlling mouthpiece media... Facts are that the more masked up and shut down states seem to be having a worse go of it than those which have relaxed the restrictions.

Good lord, redneck alert!!! Who appointed you Covid Czar... I'm thinking Gavin Newsom. By what authority do you not allow? It's certainly not the constitution. You are soooo smart you not only know what's best for you but willing to violate others constitutional rights. I don't think we'll be seeing you out there enforcing your edict, like any other tyrannical politician you'll pass laws and let the police do your dirty work. Take a chill pill, you're not as important as you think.

If people don't like the covid rules then stay home. Its pretty simple. The rest of us would like to race. I'm completely comfortable with the way the last few races have been run.

I may be wrong, but I have not heard of one outbreak due to our racing.

Nobody’s going to bash you David. We all have respect for you. At least I do..
Ca is in a better place than most states right now I agree. We raced last year mid Covid no issues and Vegas too. I’m having a hard time understanding why no divisional without spectators. I bet Sacramento hold their National open 6/5..??
The other thing is 5-6 weeks in a row racing Later this year. Who can take that much time away from the business that supports racing? I can’t and I’m retired!

You are that scared of a virus with a 98-99% survival rate and you drive a dragster?
I never said Covid wasn't real, but if it was as bad as the Main Stream Media has portrayed, every one of us would be dead by now.
