Looks official, Pomona Fairplex is setting up building's for illegal alien children (2,500 beds) . So in my opinion the Fairplex will receive more money from the government than an NHRA event. The Fairplex is also giving Vaccines daily and have Food Banks once a week. Heck, looks like all the races on the west coast will be in Vegas!
When everything is coming your way, your probably in the wrong lane.

One more reason to not renew my NHRA Membership. Since drag racing on the west coast is now limited to Las Vegas Nevada (365 miles from home), Phoenix (336 miles from home) and Tucson Arizona (410 miles from home) there would be no reason to spend money on a totally worthless membership.
The "Cancel Culture" Liberals win, wake up folks they simply cancelled us.

With Pomona and Sonoma moved I’ve had enough. Interstate 5 sucks! 600 miles one way.. I cannot wait for a Sportsman Association to start in Nor Cal! I’m in! Won’t support the Nat event either. This message has been edited. Last edited by: BP758,

The people have spoken and want the fucing we will get! Biden won by 4.5-points, receiving 81 million votes, by far the most any presidential candidate has ever received.

I think Pomona and may be gone for good and many other tracks may soon follow.

One of the advantages of having a NHRA Membership and Competition License is the Insurance coverage. The way the Insurance coverage works is if you are injured at an event they first tap your personal coverage until it runs out, then their coverage begins. In my case my wife and I have excellent coverage for which we pay a premium amount each month, so the NHRA Insurance coverage in my case is irrelevant.
The primary hiccup to not having a NHRA License that I need one to run the speeds and ET's the car is currently capable of running (high 4's @ 139 + mph). That can and would be changed, I have (and would use) a throttle stop.
No more long tows, high entry fees to run for the same purse that has been in place for decades. I wouldn't need a $250 Chassis Cert every few years and I would not need many of the mandated SFI equipment items. Back to a -3 jacket and street shoes. In short racing would be far less expensive, not as fast but still interesting and exciting. A win is still a win. Maybe I'll install AC and a radio in the car.

FYI Biden won 2,649,662 votes in our town, which is a bit strange because the population is just a few over 22,000. Must be the "New math" the Liberals are always talking about.

Hey Bob. I’d like to see proof of that because With all of Trump’s claims that he won and the election was stolen, he couldn’t/didn’t provide any proof. The only one that said he won is him. Give the democrats credit, they put in the work to ensure he wouldn’t be re-elected starting the day he beat Hilary. If he runs again, he won’t win the nomination.

To show the proof someone has to look at it. Every case that went to a court was kicked out before they even looked to see if anything there.
No way in hell 17 state AG;s would sign to protest the counts if there was not something there. These folks don't risk reputation on nothing. He11 Ray Charles could see 2020 shamlection was just that.

Mike and Wide nailed Ed on this one. Ed is a self-anointed pseudo intellectual. Rprogas and Scidv1 are right as well. Biden is the line in the sand for America. If Trump couldn't assure election integrity while he allegedly had control of the justice dept, federal attorneys, FBI, et al there's no chance from here on out. So Ed did have that right. And lets be fair, Trump was no savior, the way he increased the debt the dollar was doomed. Anyway, you guys had best be ready to adjust as the drag racing hobby will see major changes along with most other things.

People who have not lived in DC dont realy understand "the swamp". Most seem to think it is directed mainly at politicians. What most fail to realize is that the government is controlled by its employees. Leaders come and go on a regular basis. The on the ground folks stay and they control the ship. Just look at the way the votes go in the DC area. The OVERWHELMING margins the left wins by, those folks work for US and profit heavily. Feel free to look at real estate prices in and around DC. Then remember that those folks living there are mostly government employees and in education. We lived there for 4 years and due to the wifes position in the military we traveled in those circles of career bureaucrats in high positions, some who have become household names this past 15 months. They are all in the game for money, dont fool yourself..

The time for business as usual has passed, whether you realize it or not. Either you're part of the solution or you're part of the problem. If you're not willing to stand up for your beliefs then stay out of the way with complaints.
