Had issue called and had to get call back. 10 minutes later called asked issue. Talked and Bob said not problem if had meter and chip Told him not was on job he said call before 5 or let him know and could call him at home later.

Dude was goiong to give me his number to call him after work hours to help me out. Awesome customer service and damn cool product to boot,
One chip that can be set 3000 ro 10000 ith few trurns of screw , Cost about same as 2 or 3 chips that are good for one rpm setting each, Hell no brainer.Ordered 3 more tonight.

Got fingered out after some info he had given me w/o calling him back. Figured I ***** when Company sucks ,so praise when do great job.

Chart comes with them. I just had to buy another one.

Was running 6.0 index recently and didn't know my old one had somehow fallen out of the ignition box. Set the brake and it went to 6300 then literally jumped off the ground when I let go and it hit the bars. LOL I was expecting 4000 Needless to say I ordered another one.

I have both, whatr thehy do not say ios decimla means nothing . when reading 7,8 on k scale looks to be way off and moves are more than stagted. When he called he mentioned not running in too far byt can be run out too far, I had let a electriction supposedly know what he was doing try to set to rpm ,since had meter handy. After runningn in a lot I get reading that made some sense.

As stated order new ones. Changing all in car and one in tool bx oin case if **** happening.
