Well I guess all I can say after 27 years work with them some things never seem to change. I found out this morning some of this is coming from a hub change in southern California that caused UPS to move packages 3 times a much as a normal. More handle more chance of damage. Do the two of you receive as many packages as I do, that my have and bearing on my experiences also.... Here's a little update, UPS in SoCa has the worst Yelp rating in the nation. That will give you an idea of what is going on down here.... LOL I am glad you are receiving great service from UPS, this is my experience only. Jeff shipped a new lightened DART DRCE2 to a comp guy on the East Coast. Weeks ago...It made it to the Coast but... was shipped back to Denver then to Chicago then back to the East Coast. Meanwhile the guy thinks hes being scammed... he's getting nervous then it shows up Tuesday. Jeff had tracking and insurance on it. Can you believe what they lo$t in transport? Unreal. I am now using a freight broker for my larger items such as engines, transmissions, blowers, etc. I have found the service to be better and less expensive than UPS on the items that are not too heavy for UPS. And my broker is a racer too, so he gets it. I called him two days ago for a pickup, within two hours of my call the truck was here.This message has been edited. VIEW COUNTS: As reported on Dec. 8th we has close to 600 views a day, it appears we need more "Blower and Buns" as the views have come down to an new average of 545.
