Just look at California’s taxes on fuel it’s over a dollar a gallon tax’s going to the city county state and federal taxes. The supply issue is also causing this . With Russia selling to China, the Saudi’s cutting back, and raising prices. And the list Goes on as the cost of refining keeps going up. Sooner or later the left We’ll see the huge mistake when EV Pollution Hits us.

Two Thumbs down

I said earlier that the price of gas has been going up every day. Today, September 19th the price of regular gas at an Independant Station in Kearny Mesa was $5.89 if you paid in cash, it was $6.59 if you paid with a credit card. Chevron regular fuel was $6.59 (ONLY if paid with a Chevron credit card).

Filling an 18 gallon tank will cast you $122.22, if you fill up every week it will cost you $525 a month.

Everyone here is predicting a gallon of gas will exceed $7.29 before the end of October. And your California politicians are happy to increase it every single day. The California tax per gallon is well over $1.00 per gallon.

Are they going to bankrupt you to promote EV's, you bet your sweet ass they will.

Bob

Just this is driving inflation at a huge rate, everything we do in transportation is fueled. Everything we buy comes by truck plane or automobile or train will be affected for months to come. the Democrats wanna taxes higher and keep spending money like it was water, and water is not even expendable at this point.
you Californians must get out, just think what this is going to do to electric bills.

Monday I filled the street car with regular for $3.89. Up about a quarter since the start of summer.

Yesterday I topped the coach off with diesel for $4.17, leaving for bracket finals today. Glad I skipped the truck stop leaving the track Sunday as it was over $5.

And I should have been taller so I wouldn't look fat.
Bought a new 4wd truck for about 7k when gas was .50 then it jumped to a dollar. Given your $2 price I should be able to buy a new 4wd truck for 15k.

Not trying to throw stones, but the comment above would be true if you could buy that 4WD truck today with the same technology that it had when gas was $0.50 a gallon. All the options, power this and that, electronic controls, computers, navigation systems, cameras, lift kits, etc. are better today than they were way back then. All that stuff adds cost to the base vehicle.

I wish I could buy a truck or any vehicle with just basic operating systems, that should be a bargain !!!!

Yesterday the San Diego City Council approved increasing the water rates 19% . Matching that increase with the gasoline increase and soon no one will be able to afford living in California EXCEPT all the illegal immigrants pouring into the Country.

If you are "Middle Class Citizens" you are dead meat! Only the VERY wealthy and VERY poor will be able to live here. The VERY wealthy will own the VERY poor. Slavery 101. Pick your favorite sidewalk folks, you're going to be camped out on it very soon.

You can fix the problem when you vote, Biden's Administration will destroy this Country.

Until we get a president in office that has the common sense to complete the Dakota and Keystone pipe lines our fuel/gas prices will remain high. We need to stop being reliant on countries that hate the U.S. for our oil.

Does anyone actually believe Biden was honestly voted in? 81 million votes and barely campaigned. Several states Trump was leading by 6 to 8% and then after midnight they bring in truckloads of "Votes" and Biden got 680,000 votes to Trumps 3200? That is physically and statistically impossible.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

I always laugh at this response, guess this admin ending leases and shutting down domestic production has zero impact in your commodities world. Obama had the same policies and oil was high, Trump was drill baby drill and oil was low....just a coincidence right?
