Maybe the new IHRA bought it ?!?!?!

Heard someone bought the lease not the track. My understanding is that the family that owns the land wont sell. Heard it some guy Jon Doc youtuber pro mod guy bought the lease.

I've always been told the people next door own it.

I just saw a clip on youtube by someone called Nasty Racing claiming they had got the track. Mentioned every kind of grab a$$ racing known to man but bracket racing was not mentioned. No NHRA, IHRA, or WDRA.

I went Saturday. Good turnout. I got out of there at 2am during 4th round, but they had 2 rain delays after a 4pm start.

Doubt I will be there regardless who owns it Has to be my worst luck track. 5 engines in 8 years of top alcohol and 3 at Darlington out of 4 in funny car,Broke my best SSi one run after first 5 second run,Year before Brand new wrist pins broke 2 at 100 ft out of hole. Set car on fire one night, minor but burned some paint. If you knew dad, his ;paint job messed up far from minor for crew.

Will say who ever owned it in 90's pretty cool. IHRA had **** fit about me making shot in alky dragster with screw blower. Owner came over said look at 9 tonight its my track and you can make all the runs you want.

Hope who ever owner is they do great with it and if back IHRA would be perfect since to my knowledge has never been NHRA.
