I'm curious about teams/racers who may have a team or car name and any registered/trademark considerations. Not necessarily planning on it myself, but in a conversation with some folks not so long ago, it came up and I keep thinking about that conversation. A couple guys who haven't trademarked their car name, said it has caused a minor issue with others who have the same name on their car. Guys who like to sell merchandise with their car and logo on them in particular. Just curious who's done this and whether or not it's worth the time and money spent on trademarking their logo/name/team. Thanks...
