That going to be a fixed or an air lift axle? Saves on the scuff on the turns.

The rear axle is custom and has 2 sets of air bags. One set of air bags for going down road loaded or dump the load bags and the other bags lift the axle for really sharp turning or to run without trailer. Single tires on additional axle but has capability for duals.

The rear of the motorhome was getting a beating and was nearly 38000 lbs with trailer on and loaded to go to races. Knowing this weight is what made me decide to raise the capacity of rear of motorhome from 40k to 50k or more on rear of coach without damaging the motorhome miles down the road. Just turned 140,000 miles and feel more comfortable for many more.

Nice job. You double the channels? Curious. Ridewell or Hendrickson/Meritor? Underneath pics would be great. It will take the stress off the overhang, inside and outside.Curious, you guys put a leveling valve in there also?

The frame was doubled already. Yes leveling valve with air regulator. Dump and lift valve switches with air guage for that axle in driver compartment.

The rear of my coach was flexing alot and I am hoping this is a permanent remedy for this issue. I will get some pics this week. Sure looks heavy duty!
