Racers, I am in need of a manual steering box for my Square 10 project. Also need the pitman arm. Does anyone have a good used pull-off?

Larry, get ahold of Tony Caprio on FB, he has an s10 that he is stripping off the body for his wheelie car project, he was going to scrap the rest of it I think

I been looking for one for 2 or 3 years with no luck. And we have 2 huge salvage yards.

Fern, I am surprised they have become so rare. Borgeson and others have a new gear, and that is acceptable, but finding the pitman arm is a problem.

Fern & Steve, I bought a TRZ rack and pinion kit, but I was wishy-washy about installing it. Once I learned how rare the OE parts are, I sucked it up and went ahead with the install. In the end, it was fine and I am glad about the results.

Try car-part.com . You can do a search of local junk yards . I found a bunch anywhere from $75 to $150.
