Have met Ed a couple of times, once in NY City, he bought my wife and I breakfast and at the US Nationals last year. Had a nice visit.

I've also met some really great people that post here. Some get along with Ed and some don't. I've met Jamie Diamond, Bryan King and Barry Polley and I had a nice talk with Ken Moses in Vegas a couple of years ago right before he kicked my ass in the shootout. I hope to rectify that this year, leaving in about 15 minutes for the divisional up there, so I'll see some of you guys tomorrow.

Have a great day everyone, not looking forward to the trip but I'm looking forward to racing.

Gotta congratulate my friend Dirt Dobber who runner-upped to Val Torres in S/G yesterday. Good job getting to the final buddy!!

As already stated, you at #3
Bucky at #5
Curly at #16
Wideopen #19
While slightly out of the top 20 was imakehp at #21, I'll give him an honorable mention.

Thanks, guys for your contributions to this forum.

I could care less about who has most posts. It does not matter and I never knew there was some kind of competition there.

I was one of very first to join this site but several years ago something changed and I had to start over with new name. After this place really took off it was very informative, friendly and fun. This has been one of my favorite sites from very start.
Then things changed. We all know what happened and why and we all want it to get back to a fun, informative place with lighthearted fun. One other thing I try to do when racing and used to do here before it got ugly is when there is someone new I would introduce myself, welcome them and and try to help them in any way possible. I have loaned fellow competitors, fuel, ignition boxes, fuel pumps, starters or what ever anyone needs and will help if they have any problems.
May take a very long time to get back how it was here before it started getting ugly and many may never come back. Just follow rules and there will not be any problems.
I would like to see this site and Bracket racing in general grow back to what it once was.
The reality is when someone leaves this sport or site they may not ever come back. Another sad reality is in our sport most everyone is getting old and not enough young people joining in.
Remember we do this for fun, lets keep it fun.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

Lol thanks for all the kind words on Ed's behalf, but I swear I'm still not that guy. I have never met him, I don't even know what he looks like. I joined as a parody of his account before he ever even got banned. I was gonna troll he and his friends but he got booted a couple weeks after I joined so I never really got the chance. When his ban seemed eminent I changed the account to a normal one that suits me a little better and to distance myself from the incoming discipline. I enjoy interacting on the board(s). Y'all have a nice day and keep'er straight.

I've been on this site a long time. I really enjoyed meeting several members over the years. But I have a limit for nasty people who have no clue how to behave. thinking evil chit is one thing, but this clown takes it to the ultimate level.
I had the misfortune of realizing I was within 10 feet of him a few years ago. I DGAF what he might be like in real life. Thinking about him made my brain go to evil dark places, and wish bad things upon him. Barbarity came to mind.
There has to be limits on what is permissible and what is NOT.

Nothing redeeming about this collection of biological material.

RIP
