Anyone tried a car care product for retoring the black plastic trim on on car? Have tried afew and most are gone if weatherman calls for rain. Not expecting to last month, a week would be nice. When I worked at the chevy dealership the body shop had paint called SEM trim black. I did the rear bumper on a jeep I had and still looked good when I sold it.

I've had great results with STP Son of a Gun spray on. Might not be best for hard plastics? "Despite the high cost of living, it remains popular." Dave Cook N375

For those interested in a wipe on/off product, I would look at the newer chemistry of Graphene or Ceramic. They have proven themselves to me regarding paint applications. Illegitimi non carborundum
