Perhaps, but it is not unprecedented. We had a racer who was a drinker, and who eventually stopped driving....maybe not by choice. He got drunk AND beligerant one too many times, and got banned by the track, and the sanctioning body. Calls were made to other tracks under that sanctioning body within a reasonable driving range to let them know. That dude couldn't race or step foot on those properties. Enforcing a NHRA suspension is up to each Sanctioned Track Owner/Track Manager, to a point. If the Track Owner or Manager elects to ignore the suspension then it would be up to the Division Director to force their hand, provided he finds out about the violation. If the Division Director does catch the person violating the suspension, that 1 or 3 year suspension could become a lifetime suspension and/or an increase in the fine.
