Gotta do something to keep those big buck fields filled. Take care. Tom Worthington

If it seems that bracket racing has gotten too expensive for you, maybe you are just doing it wrong.

Cory Gulliti has won big money in a small pickup and in a fast dragster lately.

Maybe it is the driver? Just a crazy thought.

"Dunning-Kruger Effect"
-a type of Cognitive bias where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they do not have enough knowledge to know they don't have enough knowledge.

Before you argue with someone ask yourself, "Is this person mentally mature enough to grasp the concept of a different perspective?" If not there is no point to argue.

If promoters went back to all run fields we would go back to dragsters winning a vast majority of the time. Without the split fields, this topic wouldn’t exist.

Agreed. I prefer SFG method of door car / dragster separation until finals. Racing an all door car event is even more appealing.

Can't forget that a lot of people went from 2 dragsters, to 1 or 2 dragsters and a door car.
Being in the door car class is like being in a separate race until the end and they get combined.

Why is that?

By the way. I see you are from Des Moines. I’ve spent some time up there. There is an awesome food joint outside of town near the Microsoft site called “The Chicken”. I love that place and hope to get back up there soon.

Ha. Well played!

I believe my usual was the hot chicken Sunday or something like that. Chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuits, gravy…. No damn wonder I’m fat.

Yep, when the dragsters start to run, its time to cut the grass.

If the dragster are doing wheelies, that could be fun to watch.
