Obviously the best set up but my belt has never squeaked at all. I might look into that though.

^^^^^Having had an aluminum crank V-belt pulley prior that wore out fairly fast and squealed at start-up with a 150 amp alternator, for me this was a big improvement. It’s possible had the crank V pulley been a steel model it may have been better.

My inTech trailer build finally hit the production floor this week. Hoping it’s finished next week as the 2003 Featherlite was sold last month.

This was after day 3 in production. At days end they post pictures of the build progress which is excellent. This build mimics some of the Featherlite I had previous. I wanted this as light as possible (040 skin), no finished interior or cabinets as floor space is premium. I’ll remove everything inside and hose it out with soap + water when it needs cleaning, same as before.
