NHRA rules are for everyone, you don’t get to cherry pick which ones you will abide by and you don’t compete in the LODRS for the money, you do it for the most coveted trophy in all of racing, the WALLY and all the glory that comes with it. Tired of hearing this nonsense about how people are quitting due to the NHRA, racers who have been looking for a reason to quit for a long time. Declining Health and old age aside, the TRUTH and the FACTS are quiting racing whether it be class or bracket racing always has to do with the fact that they ain’t winning and/or they have been racing at a level they can’t afford to.
Tired of hearing the nonsense, nobody or DRR has a gun to your head for you to continue in this thread! So, what's your excuse(s) for quitting old man or attempting to class race? We all know why; you can displace or ignore the subject, doesn't change the fact(s).

| I wish I had a track within a few hundred miles I could complain about towing to. My suggestion is stop whining and enjoy it while you have it....

| Big Steve…KNOWS!
Early season car counts effected more by the fact that racers are still waiting for parts to get their engines back together not the price of fuel. |

| I was in Great Bend last weekend and I can pretty confidently say that race was down 25% from prior years. In fair reporting, that race was held later in the season when I was there previously, and the D4 attendance may have been affected by this week’s double in Dallas.

Being a double and on the Dallas doorstep helps a great deal. Either way I'm glad to hear good news.

| Translated….I couldn’t afford to class race, I never won a round no mind snifted a Wally so I’ll bad mouth the NHRA because I wasn’t competitive, didn’t have the car nor skills. |

Fuzzy, Pay no attention to what Ed say's. He's just a distractor. You never see his name or car anywhere except on here. He has been banned on most sites. I blocked him so I only see what I want to see. |
