I saw on Facebook that Borowski Race Engines posted that the foundry pouring Dart cast iron blocks has filed chapter 11. Anyone heard that? Those blocks cost enough without a shortage running everything higher. Just curious.

Chapter 11 is a reorganization, iirc.??

Probably the culmination of the Covid policies coming out.

If its just a foundry that casts the block for Brodix there may be a delay until they secure another foundry source is all.....

This is for Dart blocks. Brodix isn't dependent on a source as they have their own aluminum foundry.

Brodix iron blocks come straight from Blueprint. I can tell you that pictures on their site look exactly like my Summit/Blueprint block that was cast in Germany. As Lincoln stated they pour their own aluminum blocks in Mena.

Would you like to share your data as to why they suck? I’m sure a bunch here would want to know.
