Congratulations Jeff Gillette Top Sportsman Champion.

Great job brother! Jeff goes to Pomona without a crew! He!! Yes I was worried! Running a 6 second door car by yourself is a job.
I guess I’ll retire now. Not worthy

I wasnt crewless , had 30yrs of Barry & Darren getting everything ready in case we were short staffed. They laid the ground work .

I boycotted In N Out (just for one day) after Lynsee beat Rob in the second round.

Bob

ps. Only one day, I'm not THAT mad, or THAT stupid.

Both are due, it's really just a matter of time (and a little better luck).

She has a great car, is a gifted driver and has a great crew. Rob has the front end nailed down (the light) and is close on the dial, it's all just being in the right lane at the right time.

Jeff certainly did everything right last week, he will see more win lights this year.

All Division 7 racers need to thank Lynsi, The Snyder Family and In & Out . Pomona divisional was a dream just a couple years ago, Lynsi wanted a double race to be the "Double Double” . Didn’t happen but we are grateful for their generosity.

Thank you!

Maybe we can get a double next year since the car count wasn't insane. Would also be great if they did the National and Divisonal on back to back weekends...

Lynsi Snyder-Ellington (In N Out owner) and Rob Mendenhall are among the final 9 cars remaining in Top Sportsman at the Phoenix Nationals, and Lynsi has a bye into the next round of 5 cars. With air temperature of 105* and track temp of 144*+ not only are the reaction times a challenge but calculating the dial is equally tough. This is a race of survivors. Everyone at Phoenix deserves a "Wally", including spectators.
