Assuming 105mph at the stripe; 1) 105mph x 5280 = 554,400 feet per hour 2) 554,400/60 = 9,240 feet per minute 3) 9,240/60 = 154 feet per second 4) 154 x .0003 = 0.0462 feet margin at stripe 5) 0.0462 x 12 inches = .5544 inches margin at stripe (slightly over a half-inch) Mike | |||

I was trying to take a little and got carried away and gave a little. LOL Luckily he broke out. Why I always think I need to take .005 when .015 will do I have no idea. Jerry, in this case it was 0.5822256" he was 110.27 I have an excel file I made to figure that. | |||
