I have to cruise around lower Atlanta to do a few pickups. Some one told me that the roads were all under construction? How bad is the Villa Rica area, and Mcdonough ? Thanks if you can help. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Footloose,

The most construction is on I285 on the east side. Other than that just the normal Atlanta grid lock...………………….

Traffic always sucks on I-75 near McDonough, with or without construction.

There is still quite a bit of construction around, although, I havent been out Villa Rica way in several years, I know it had a growth explosion. South side, ah well, its never finished, too many people making retirements off ATL roadways. Summit is a 75 minute ride fo me. Its not too terribly bad, compared to other areas.
You have to put in the effort, to get anything out of it.
