The Governor of California is far more interested in appeasing and catering to the illegal immigrants than protecting the legal Law abiding citizens. Having now granted them California Drivers Licenses and Identification cards they are free to vote in our elections while remaining citizens of a Foreign Country. As an American Citizen without being a Citizen of a Foreign Country (dual Citizenship) try that and see what happens. It's ALL about the votes, it keeps them in power it has nothing to do with protecting the millions of legal California residents and their Families.
The DOJ has been funding Hispanic Protest Organizations like La Raza (The Race). That money was collected through DOJ Lawsuits, as an example the money they got from the BP Oil spill in the Gulf, and the money they got from the VW Emissions Lawsuit, along with dozens more. Those funds were never entered into the General Accounting Fund so they were never tracked or monitored. This was free money to fund organizations like La Raza and several other "Pet Protest Groups" favored by key members of the Obama Administration. Presidential Advisor Valerie Jarrett and the Former Head of the DOJ Loretta Lynch controlled billions of dollars collected in those Lawsuits. They made certain that their favorite Groups got that money.
Here and you thought that George Soros was the primary source of that money. Guess again.

The latest pile of cow dung to come out of the California State Legislature in Sacramento is a proposal by a Democrat to pay off all California College loans. There are more than 400,000 current Students in this State that have loans, add to this all of the past outstanding loans and the total is in excess of 1.4 TRILLION dollars. Obviously the person proposing this epic act of insanity failed to do any math. To do that would wipe out all State funding for every school in California. It would also wipe out the entire California State transportation budget AND would require every household in California to pony up $75,000.
Wait until he voters hear that they have to shell out $75,000 to pay off someone else's loan.

Legislative Representatives for the Cities of San Francisco and Berkeley have proposed a Bill forbidding any Company that even BIDS on a Contract to help build the Trump Wall from doing any business with their Cities.
Three mental midgets, Hillary Ronan, Abel Guillermo and the Mayor of Berkeley Jesse Arreguin have banned together to punish any Company that bids on work to build the wall saying they don't meet their personal ethical or political position.
Insanity now rules the Legislature in California, the mentally deficient have taken over. The next move is for the State Legislature to Rule that all California Police Departments replace their Officers with convicted Felons and/or Drug Cartel Members.
Perhaps it IS time for California to succeed from the Union, these folks are completely insane!

According to the Mayor of Berkeley they have a City Charter that allows them to discriminate against anyone based on Political beliefs. Imagine that, you can justify discriminating against anyone simply by saying so in your City Charter. I find that interesting, especially when it involves a City (Berkeley, California) that views itself as the center of "non-discrimination" policies. I guess that it only works when you agree with their Political view or ethnicity. The word hypocrite really applies here.
They will never be allowed to enforce the City Charter in this case, unless of course they want to pay millions of dollars to Companies that they exclude from doing business with the City simply for bidding on building the Border Wall. They have zero chance of winning that discrimination case in Court, not even in Ultra-Militant Liberal California. The only way that would work is AFTER California secedes from the United States and the Supreme Court of The United States does not review a Lower Court Ruling.
The Berkeley City Manager and the City Attorney are probably trying to place a gag over the Mayor's mouth.

Apparently not everyone in Cali is crazy, who knew. Seems the eastern 1/3 wants to secede from the eastern 2/3. Which would leave the wall within the state of cali. Win/win.

The California Legislature wants to increase the gasoline tax another .22 cents. Currently it's at nearly .59 (.5883). They are running very expensivea ads (actually millions of dollars) on every major TV Network during prime time trying to scare the public into believing this increase will be dedicated to highway and bridge improvement. This tactic has been used in the past with the same results, they steal the money for pet, or personal projects. I have lived in California for 54 years and seen this tactic used time and time again with the same results, little to none of the money went to highway and bridge improvement.

That's a common tactic in many places. When Michigan started the lottery in the early 70's the promise was it would support the schools and property taxes would decrease? Guess what? Property taxes went down in the 90's when the sales tax was raised to 6% but are now back up to what they were. It did work for us then because we had several properties and were not there to pay the 6%!
TAKE IT TO THE BANK!!!!! Later, Bill Koski

Promises promises. I noticed that when the Atlanta bridge collapsed due to heat damage, the news was immediately showing data about how terrible our infrastructure is....like there was a connection between that and the collapse. Shameless!

California State Senator Ricardo Lara is introducing a Law that would prohibit anyone, any Company or any Corporation that is involved to any degree in building the Border fence, Border Wall from doing any business with every School in the State. This would include any Company, Corporation or individual who provides any material, services or support to any degree or level. As an example, that would include any Car Dealership who sells vehicles to those Companies or anyone who provides uniforms or food to the workers.
This proposal will be voted on by the San Diego Unified School Board of Trustee's this week. This proposal also includes granting Muslim students full access to practice Sharia Law on campus.
And you thought that it could not possible get any more ridiculous. I wonder if Senator Lara is funded by Mexican Drug Cartels? A wall would hurt their business.
